Terrabrella Successfully Delivers High-Performance Windproof Umbrella Collection to SANTOS CO., LTD in Japan

Terrabrella is proud to announce the successful fulfillment of four major sales contracts for SANTOS CO., LTD, a leading partner in Nagoya, Japan. This comprehensive production cycle involved the delivery of 19,200 umbrellas, spanning across our most advanced technical and commercial product lines.

A core focus of this collaboration was the production of high-performance technical umbrellas designed for the Japanese market. Terrabrella successfully manufactured and dispatched:

  • JKO-571 & JKO-572 Series: Over 7,200 units of our 55cm, 6-rib windproof folding umbrellas. The JKO-572 models featured our premium PU Black Glue (PU黑胶) coating, providing total opacity and superior UV protection.
  • JK-173 Series: 4,800 units of technical windproof umbrellas. This series highlighted our precision in material sourcing and color matching, including a custom “Sand” color (Pantone 15-114TPG) and Grey fabrics, specifically matched to the client’s high-end aesthetic requirements.

Each of these models utilized a specialized windproof frame architecture, ensuring that the lightweight 55cm folding design remains resilient against the high-stress conditions often found in coastal Japanese cities.

In addition to the technical windproof series, Terrabrella fulfilled a large-scale order for the JK-162 Series, totaling 7,200 units. This collection demonstrated our ability to manage diverse color assortments at scale, including:

  • Classic Tones: Black, Navy, and Grey.
  • Fashion Accents: Engine Red, Off-White, and Blue.

By managing the production of JK-162 alongside our technical series, Terrabrella has proven its capacity to serve as a one-stop manufacturing solution for both functional weather gear and stylish consumer assortments.

The total project volume of 400 cartons was managed through a rigorous export schedule. Following final assembly and quality inspection, the shipments were consolidated at Xiamen Port to ensure timely delivery to Nagoya. Each stage—from technical swatch approval for the JK-173 to the final repeat-order tagging for the JK-162—was executed with 100% adherence to the client’s specifications.

“Successfully delivering the JK-162 and JK-173 series alongside our JKO models underscores our versatility,” stated a representative from Terrabrella. “We are dedicated to providing the Japanese market with the perfect balance of durability, technical coating innovation, and logistical reliability.”
